Cheetah Campsite

Camping in the bush must be the ultimate getaway experience. Lions Bluff makes that easy for you with our beautiful Cheetah Campsite. Lions Bluff owns the site and welcomes you to make use of the activities which are on offer from Lions Bluff in Lumo Wildlife Community Sanctuary. The campsite provides; water, a kitchen room, shower, toilets, wood fuel, levelled areas for your tents, use of the sanctuary and access to the other properties on-site.

We are the perfect base for those who prefer to camp with their own equipment. Set on the lower side of Lions Bluff Hill, with nothing to distract you, but endless plains of game, beautiful mountains, clear night skies filled with millions of stars, one-in-a-world sunsets, lions roaring and elephants trumpeting!

The amenities available during your stay will be security on site, a sheltered pergola – to lounge away from the day’s sun and use as a charging station, a communal bathroom with flush toilet and hot & cold water shower, a kitchenette (without equipment) but with a sink for washing dishes, Kuni stove for cooking and that can also be used as a fire pit in the evenings. We do not encourage open fires, at all, to avoid bushfires.

Extras that are available for sale on-site are firewood and a gas stove for cooking if needed. This is the perfect place to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with yourself and nature.
